Javeen Skoubo, PsyD.

Founder, Psychologist

I’m Dr. Skoubo, a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington and Oregon. I have experience working with veterans and individuals experiencing trauma, grief, and substance use disorders, as well as conducting assessments. I earned my doctoral degree from George Fox University in 2023.

I believe that no one should have to navigate difficult experiences, trauma, or emotional pain alone. My goal is to sit alongside you through the difficult moments, provide a safe and supportive space to heal, and help you better understand yourself along the way. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of yourself. You don’t have to go through this alone.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, sewing, and indoor rock climbing.

Alexandria Caldwell

Admistrator

I'm Alexandria. I’m a PNW transplant who enjoys bringing structure to ideas, and helping things move forward. A lot of my work happens behind the scenes—organizing, connecting people, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I’m passionate about creating more thoughtful and inclusive ways of working, and I care deeply about being someone others can rely on to get things done and support the team. My professional background is in Human Resources and Relationship Management. I earned my graduate degree from Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and continuing to grow. At my core, my goal is simple: to make things easier for others, support meaningful progress, and contribute in ways that genuinely help people succeed.
